It took me a few years but finally got him...
It is a 6Quarter Wolf DO...real big... in my opinion;-)
After seasoning it was time to made some things in the DO,Lets start simple with a bread.
Make the dough according the package.
Heat up 20 briquets. place 5 under and 15 on top.
Bake the bread in 30-45 minutes.
