Last week I bought a lot of pepper bells,I had some nice plans with it.
This is the first one.
Cut the pepper bells in 2,remove the seeds.
Use for 4 half's 300gr minced meat.Put the meat in a bowl.
Add 1 package taco seasoning mix in 1 cup water and stir.Then add it to the meat an mix well.
Prepare the grill for indirect grilling.
Stuff the pepper bells with cheese and the meat,add some cheese for topping.
Place them on the indirect side and leave it there for half an hour.
In the meantime place the skillet on the direct side of the grill.Chop a sweet onion in thick slices,put some jalapeno's (from a jar) in the skillet and sauté the onion.Add some sweet corn,baked beans and a cup of "Big Bob Gibson" Habanero sauce.let it simmer for a few minutes.
After 30-45 minutes the pepper bells are ready too..
